The updates focus primarily on bug fixes and stability improvements as Apple prepares for the official launch expected in a few weeks. No notable new features were included in today's drop. Additionally, Apple released the second public Release Candidate for macOS Sequoia 15.8 (Build 24H20), with the second RC for macOS Tahoe 26.7 (Build 25G224) anticipated soon.

Users can enroll via the Apple Beta Software Program at beta.apple.com. Apple advises installing beta software on a secondary device and ensuring a recent backup exists before proceeding. Installation on iPhone requires navigating to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and selecting the iOS 27 Public Beta.
