Canva has launched Canva Code 2.0, an AI-powered platform for building and visually editing websites, apps, and interactive experiences. This update expands on Canva AI 2.0, a unified conversational interface for design tasks, by introducing new features that blend creative control with AI-driven coding.

Canva Code 2.0 allows users to initiate projects with prompts, select from over 50 new templates, or import existing HTML to continue development. A key feature is real-time collaboration, enabling teams to work together seamlessly. The platform integrates with other Canva tools, ensuring brand consistency and offering users enhanced creative control.

Users can directly edit their creations within the familiar Canva Editor, making adjustments like swapping images, updating colors and fonts, or refining text. Conversational AI can also be used for element refinement. Projects built with Canva Code 2.0 are fully interactive, responsive to different screen sizes, and can be previewed on mobile before publishing to a custom or free Canva domain.
