Apple pushes Creator Studio with new creator Shorts

Apple is reviving promotion of its newly launched Creator Studio with a short‑form campaign that showcases the suite across cooking, poetry and music. The effort follows a quiet first month after the late‑January debut, during which the @AppleCreatorStudio Instagram account saw little activity. By releasing three YouTube Shorts, Apple aims to demonstrate the platform’s versatility for creators on Mac and iPad today.

The three videos pair a creator with Apple software: Ellie Dixon records her debut album in a bedroom using Logic Pro, Molly Baz transforms a recipe into a polished clip with Pages and Final Cut Pro in real time, and Samba Films animates a poem via Pages, Keynote and Final Cut Pro. Each short is accompanied by longer Instagram edits that reveal the production workflow.

Beyond the Shorts, the Instagram feed now features behind‑the‑scenes footage and an original animation titled “After Hours” by Annie Choi (Ancho). The rollout suggests Apple intends to keep Creator Studio visible through regular content drops, positioning the subscription as a one‑stop shop for creative apps. Consumers can now see concrete use cases before deciding to add the service.
