Apple CarPlay expands beyond cars to select pontoon boats from Crest and Balise, owned by Master Craft Boat Holdings. Starting with the 2027 model year, CarPlay and Android Auto will be standard on all new Balise models and Crest Conquest and Caribbean models. The integration will be available next month.

Savvy Navvy will power the on‑water experience, offering features such as Savvy Charts™ in day/night/satellite views, 2D/3D chart displays, smart routing, place search for marinas, saved markers, Nav mode with live ETA and speed, nearby boat traffic, location sharing, and bathymetry. The system works on iOS and Android with any compatible helm display.

Jelte Liebrand, founder and CEO of Savvy Navvy, highlighted the convenience: boaters can plan trips at home and have the navigation ready at the helm without complicated syncing. The announcement was made at Crest Marine’s annual dealer meeting, where attendees experienced on‑water demonstrations of the new integration.
