Adobe is rolling out significant updates to Photoshop and Lightroom, with Photoshop now featuring a new AI-powered Rotate Object tool that allows users to manipulate assets in 3D space. The tool enables real-time rotation, tilting, and spinning with a Harmonize button to adjust lighting and shadows, developed through years of research between Adobe's Photoshop, 3D&I, and Firefly teams.

Photoshop also introduces the Layer Cleanup tool to automatically organize and rename layers, removing empty ones to save time. Lightroom meanwhile gains improved search functionality, allowing users to find photos by describing what they're looking for, plus new film-inspired presets for creative control over nostalgic looks.

Adobe has enhanced performance in Lightroom with faster assisted culling and up to 5x faster interactive slider performance. The new Firefly Boards integration provides a seamless workflow between Photoshop and Lightroom, helping users move from concept to final output without breaking their creative process.
