A bombshell has dropped in the WWE shareholder lawsuit, with plaintiffs accusing Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, and Paul Levesque of destroying evidence related to the 2022 misconduct investigation. The allegations claim executives failed to preserve communications on Signal and handwritten notes despite preservation orders from WWE legal.

Plaintiffs specifically target Khan as the main culprit, alleging he "spearheaded" Signal communications between all involved parties. They claim Khan used the app's auto-delete function to erase messages containing merger discussions and investigation details about McMahon's alleged misconduct. Stephanie McMahon and Brad Blum are also accused of failing to preserve relevant communications.

The most explosive allegation involves a December 2022 meeting between Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and Endeavor executives Mark Shapiro and Ari Emanuel. This meeting allegedly occurred just days before reports emerged about McMahon's planned WWE return and weeks before he forced his way back onto WWE's board of directors.
