A 10-year-old boy suffered a concussion after falling from a zip line at Spy Ninjas HQ in Las Vegas, according to his family. The incident occurred on February 7 during the child's birthday celebration at the trampoline park located near Buffalo Drive and Sahara Avenue. Video footage shows the boy falling more than 20 feet to the concrete floor after completing part of the obstacle course.

Knox's family described the fall as traumatic, with his uncle Navonte Hill noting the lack of protective padding on the concrete surface. The child landed on his back and head, leaving his relatives unable to watch the video of the accident. The family reported that Knox is recovering from the concussion and is expected to return to school soon. Despite the incident, Spy Ninjas HQ has remained open.

The park's founders, YouTube stars Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint, have not yet responded to requests for comment from local news outlets. The accident raises questions about safety protocols at indoor adventure parks, particularly regarding fall protection measures for elevated attractions.
