A House committee investigating Jeffrey Epstein released videos Monday showing Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton answering questions under oath about their connections to the late financier. The recordings, taken during depositions last week, show both Clintons distancing themselves from Epstein, who died in jail while facing sex trafficking charges.

Bill Clinton told investigators he first met Epstein in 2002 when he flew on the financier's private jet for humanitarian work and ended their relationship the following year. The former president said he never witnessed any trafficking activity during their limited interactions. Hillary Clinton claimed she couldn't even recall meeting Epstein despite photos showing them together at public events.

The depositions come as lawmakers search for accountability regarding Epstein's network of powerful associates. Bill Clinton acknowledged Epstein visited the White House multiple times during his presidency but said he didn't remember those encounters. Both Clintons faced hours of questioning as the committee investigates who may have been aware of or ignored Epstein's abuse of underage girls.
