Police arrested 17 people at DD Café in Garden Grove, California after a viral TikTok video described the bikini-themed coffee shop as a strip club. The Garden Grove Police Department executed a search warrant on Feb. 5 following complaints of illegal activity at the establishment.

Authorities found employees serving customers in bikinis and various states of undress, violating public nudity and alcohol regulations. The business, operating as a "bikini café" without proper permits, had been red-tagged and required to cease operations. The café's Yelp page listed it under both coffee shop categories and adult entertainment.

This isn't the first time Garden Grove authorities have taken action against similar establishments. Police Sergeant Nick Jensen told local media that the business owners were among those arrested, and that similar venues may be operating in the area. The viral video by user @dosdaygirl, which garnered nearly 2 million views, sparked the investigation after she described walking into what she believed was a coffee shop only to find topless employees.
