California authorities have dismantled a massive internet-based commercial sex operation spanning over 30 brothel locations across the state. Kebin Dong and Wei Nie, both from Hacienda Heights, were arrested following a yearlong multi-agency investigation that uncovered their sophisticated dispatch network.

Investigators say the suspects operated a website managing more than 60 female profiles and facilitated commercial sex services through residential and hotel brothels throughout California. The Ventura County Sheriff's Office led the probe, executing search warrants at multiple sites across Ventura and Los Angeles counties on February 11 and 12.

Both men face charges of pimping, pandering, and conspiracy, with bail set at $200,000 each. While multiple women were rescued during the raids, authorities have not confirmed the total number of victims trafficked through this network. The suspects remain in custody pending their initial court appearances.
