Amsterdam-listed Prosus announced it exceeded fiscal 2026 targets and will accelerate investments in iFood, the Brazilian food delivery platform. The Tencent shareholder delivered over $7.3 billion in revenue and more than $1.1 billion in adjusted EBITDA from ecommerce operations for the year ended March 31.

Chief Executive Fabricio Bloisi confirmed all businesses are now profitable following a year of strong performance. The Amsterdam-based technology investor achieved these milestones despite market challenges, positioning itself for continued growth in its core ecommerce segments.

Bloisi revealed iFood met its full-year targets in a highly competitive market, but additional investments will reduce adjusted EBITDA in fiscal 2027 to between $100 million to $150 million. The strategic expansion aims to solidify Prosus's position in Latin America's rapidly evolving food delivery sector.
