Speakers promoted conspiracy theories including "great replacement" and "remigration." George Simion declared "The answer is remigration. Legal, orderly but firm." Suella Braverman claimed "attempts to be anti-racist have institutionalised anti-white racism," while Nigel Farage and Pauline Hanson were slated to appear. Matt Goodwin alleged an "Islamo-Green party" rigged a recent byelection, though police found no evidence.

Truss blamed the Bank of England and "deep state" for her 2022 downfall, defending her £45bn unfunded tax cuts. She described the conference as "galvanising the right" rather than uniting it. Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch was notably absent, having distanced herself from Truss's economic legacy. Truss declined to comment on whether far-right activist Tommy Robinson would be welcome or if she would join Reform UK.
