Unilever delivered full-year 2025 results matching expectations with €50.5 billion in sales and 3.5% organic growth. The consumer goods giant reported operating profit of €10.1 billion and earnings per share of €3.08, slightly above forecasts. The company also announced a €1.5 billion share buyback program starting in Q2 2026.

Despite meeting current targets, analysts questioned Unilever's 2026 guidance calling it "spicy." The company projects organic sales growth at the lower end of its 4%-6% range, including at least 2% volume growth. This falls short of consensus expectations of 4.1% growth and 20 basis points margin improvement, raising doubts about execution.

Fourth-quarter performance showed some acceleration with organic revenue growth of 4.2% and volume growth of 2.1%, both beating expectations. The home care division particularly impressed with 4.7% organic sales growth. Analysts noted signs of progress following Unilever's reorganization but warned improvements would take time to materialize fully.
