Barclays Capital upgraded Temenos Group AG to Overweight from Equal Weight and raised its price target to CHF 85.00 from CHF 77.00, citing improved execution momentum and defensive positioning against AI disruption. The investment bank transferred coverage to analyst Grégoire Hermann, highlighting early stabilization signs following CEO Takis Spiliopoulos's December 2025 appointment.

The Swiss banking software provider is expected to outgrow its core market by approximately 200 basis points, delivering roughly 9% product revenue compound annual growth through fiscal year 2028. Barclays forecasts total revenue of $1.17 billion in fiscal 2026, $1.28 billion in 2027, and $1.39 billion in fiscal 2028, representing organic growth rates of 9.1%, 9.4%, and 7.9% respectively.

Barclays noted delivery investments, including redesigned customer lifecycle management, are improving service margins. Go-to-market initiatives feature the Florida Hub, expanded US sales force, and a Tier-1 US bank selecting Temenos's composable core. The firm assessed Temenos as well-positioned against AI threats due to high switching costs. Barclays raised its fiscal 2026 and 2027 EPS forecasts, standing 7% and 12% ahead of consensus respectively.
