SoftwareOne Holding reported fourth-quarter revenue jumped 64.7% on a reported basis, driven by its acquisition of Crayon that closed July 2. The Swiss software and cloud services company posted full-year reported revenue of CHF 1.24 billion, up 22.5% from 2024. Currency headwinds shaved 3.4 percentage points off combined revenue.

On a combined like-for-like basis with Crayon, revenue grew 1.4% in constant currency to CHF 1.52 billion, exceeding prior guidance for flat growth. Strong performance in the rest of Europe, Middle East and Africa, the DACH region and Asia-Pacific drove fourth-quarter results, while North American and Latin American operations remained subdued. The company confirmed its adjusted EBITDA margin would exceed 20% on a combined like-for-like basis for 2025.

SoftwareOne will release complete audited financial statements and its annual report March 31. The Stans-based firm announced plans for a capital markets day June 9, where management will present medium-term strategic and financial priorities, including integration progress and outlook. The board nominated Barend Fruithof, chief executive of Aebi Schmidt Group since 2017, as an additional independent director for election at the May 22 annual general meeting.
