Quilter PLC shares jumped 3.9% after the wealth manager reported record quarterly core net inflows of £2.4 billion for Q4 2025. The strong performance defied market uncertainty surrounding the UK budget. Total assets under management and administration rose to £141.2 billion, a 5% quarterly and 18% annual increase.

The Affluent segment drove results, with quarterly inflows representing 10% of opening assets on an annualized basis. The Platform business excelled, with IFA channel gross inflows up 31% year-over-year. CEO Steven Levin cited strong momentum despite tax change speculation. Full-year core net inflows reached £9.1 billion, a 75% increase from 2024.

A small net outflow of £17 million hit the High Net Worth segment, linked to client activity ahead of the November budget. However, inflows returned in December. Quilter's Platform assets finished at £105 billion, making it the first discrete UK advised platform to surpass that milestone, signaling competitive strength in a crowded market.
