Marshalls Plc reported full-year 2025 adjusted profit before tax of £43.6 million, aligning with market consensus. Group revenue reached £632 million, with the company citing uncertain end-market conditions in its trading statement. The performance matched trends outlined in a November update.

The UK building products maker’s largest division, Landscaping Products, posted revenue of £266 million, down slightly from 2024. Volume growth of 4% was offset by price deflation and a negative mix impact. Building Products and Roofing Products divisions showed modest revenue increases, though growth moderated in the second half.

Progress on the Landscaping Products improvement plan continued, with network optimisation and operational actions delivering approximately £3 million in cost savings during the year. The company expects total annualised savings of around £11 million. Marshalls ended 2025 with net debt of £116 million, improved from £134 million a year prior.
