Lottomatica Group SpA reported a 21% jump in adjusted EBITDA to €856 million for 2025, exceeding analyst expectations and signaling strong momentum in its online gaming segment. Full-year revenue reached €2.25 billion, a 12% increase, driven by a 22% revenue surge in its online operations which now commands a 31.3% market share. The company also raised 2026 guidance, projecting adjusted EBITDA between €940-980 million and revenue of €2.39-2.46 billion, implying 12% and 8% growth respectively.

Fourth quarter results showed robust growth, with revenue up 5% to €615 million and adjusted EBITDA rising 7% to €239 million. Online revenue alone grew 12% to €266 million in Q4, solidifying the company's digital strategy. The €87 million in synergies from its PWO acquisition significantly exceeded initial targets by 34%, demonstrating successful integration. Lottomatica's net debt stood at €2.105 billion, a 2.4x leverage ratio based on run-rate EBITDA.

Lottomatica proposed a €0.44 per share dividend and plans a €700 million share buyback over 18 months, following €300 million in 2025 buybacks. The company closed 2025 with €369 million in adjusted net profit, up 45% YoY, showcasing the financial strength underpinning its strategic moves in the competitive Italian gaming market.
