Grafton Group reported full-year 2025 revenue of £2.52 billion, a 10.4% increase that met analyst expectations. Shares dipped slightly following the announcement. While average daily like-for-like revenue grew 1.7% for the year, it flattened in the final two months, signaling a moderation in activity.

Performance was mixed across regions; Iberia and the Island of Ireland posted strong gains of 6.1% and 3.5% respectively. However, Great Britain and Northern Europe struggled, with growth of just 0.4% and a 0.5% decline. CEO Eric Born called the performance "solid" given headwinds.

Looking ahead, the building materials distributor remains cautious for 2026. Management noted that a meaningful recovery in the UK and Northern Europe did not happen in 2025, and the timing of any improvement remains uncertain. The company is pushing efficiency measures and named Mario Ballarín as the new Iberia CEO to drive regional growth.
