Belgian immunology company Argenx SE swung to a $1.05 billion operating profit in FY25, its first full-year result, driven by Vyvgart sales doubling to $4.15 billion from $2.19 billion a year earlier. This marks a significant turnaround from a $21.7 million loss in 2024. Vyvgart reached 19,000 patients globally in 2025, expanding its impact across gMG and CIDP through the launch of a pre-filled syringe. The company reported $1.29 billion in net profit for 2025, underpinned by commercial operations rather than a tax benefit, with basic EPS rising to $21.08 from $13.92. Research and development costs climbed to $1.36 billion as Argenx invested heavily in its pipeline, including Vyvgart's expansion into ocular myasthenia gravis and other indications like Graves' disease.
