Amrize reported full-year revenue of $11.8 billion, up 0.9%, supported by infrastructure demand and an improving commercial construction market. US listed shares rose 2% in extended trading. Net income reached $1.2 billion, while adjusted EBITDA hit $3.0 billion, with the company generating $2.2 billion in operating cash flow and $1.5 billion in free cash flow.

Growth in the Building Materials segment continued through the fourth quarter, helped by stronger margins and demand for cement and aggregates. The Building Envelope unit saw solid trends in commercial repair and refurbishment, though residential demand remained soft. For 2026, the company expects revenue to rise 4% to 6% to between $12.29 billion and $12.52 billion, with adjusted EBITDA projected to increase 8% to 11%.

The company anticipates low single-digit growth in cement pricing and mid-single-digit growth in aggregates pricing. Commercial roofing volumes are expected to grow modestly, while residential volumes are seen flat with improvement later in the year. Chairman and CEO Jan Jenisch said the company closed the year with growing customer demand and positive pricing, while maintaining strong cash generation and a net leverage ratio of 1.1x.
