Alm. Brand reported a 52% surge in pre-tax profit for Q4, reaching DKK 440 million. This significant increase from DKK 289 million in the previous year was primarily driven by the strong performance of its insurance business. Despite the positive results, the company's shares experienced a slight dip following the announcement, reflecting investor scrutiny.

The Danish insurer's insurance service result rose to DKK 521 million, an 18.4% increase, improving the combined ratio. Revenue from insurance grew by 4.6% year-over-year, reaching DKK 2,976 million, with strong growth in Personal Lines premiums. The company's CEO, Rasmus Werner Nielsen, cited a satisfactory year with new customer acquisitions and a favorable business trend.

For the full year 2025, Alm. Brand's insurance service result reached DKK 1,913 million, with insurance revenue increasing by 6.4%. The board has recommended a dividend of DKK 0.66 per share and announced a new share buyback program of DKK 1.5 billion. Total shareholder distributions are expected to reach DKK 2.4 billion in 2026.
