Swiss investment firm Partners Group is reportedly close to acquiring French beauty group Aroma-Zone from Eurazeo for approximately €2 billion. The companies are in advanced discussions, with a deal potentially finalized as early as Thursday, though it remains unconfirmed.

Aroma-Zone, founded over two decades ago in Provence, specializes in natural beauty and wellness products. Eurazeo became its main shareholder in 2021, valuing the company at around €700 million, with the founding Vausselin family retaining a significant stake. The company has experienced substantial growth, with revenues increasing by 52 percent in 2025 and in prior years, driven by new product launches and store expansion.

This potential transaction highlights activity in the European beauty sector, which has seen other significant deals, including L'Oréal's €4 billion acquisition of Kering's beauty business. Wellness products have particularly attracted investment amid broader consumer goods sector challenges.
