OFB Tech Pvt, the operator of the technology supply chain and financing platform OfBusiness, is considering reviving plans for an initial public offering that could raise as much as $800 million. The company is working with four banks on the potential offer, which may include up to $200 million in fresh shares, with the balance sold by existing investors. Draft prospectus submissions are targeted for November.

SoftBank, the Japanese conglomerate that backs OfBusiness, is providing support for the IPO process. The offer would allow the platform to expand its financing services and solidify its presence in the tech supply chain market. Current investors will have the opportunity to sell shares, potentially unlocking liquidity for early backers.

The IPO revival follows earlier discussions about a public listing that were put on hold. If the draft papers are filed on schedule, OfBusiness could become one of the largest technology‑financing listings in the region.

Industry analysts expect the offer to attract significant investor interest, given the company’s rapid growth and strategic backing by SoftBank.
