Radiant World Corp. and its founder Pinkesh Nahar are being sued in Singapore's High Court by trade-finance firm Incomlend Pte. Ltd. for over $34 million, according to a court document filed Aug. 24. The lawsuit adds to mounting legal pressure on the iron ore trader. Amit Sharma, managing director of private investment firm Tanas Capital, is also named as a defendant in the filing. Incomlend, a platform that provides invoice financing, initiated the legal action against the company and individuals.
