India is on track to achieve its 100-gigawatt wind energy target by 2030, according to Suzlon Energy Ltd., the nation's largest wind turbine manufacturer. The company reported that installations are accelerating to meet growing demand for round-the-clock power supply across the country.

Suzlon Energy, which has been a dominant player in India's renewable energy sector for decades, said the pace of wind farm development has increased significantly in recent months.
