Apollo Global Management has supplied $585 million in financing to flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre, marking the firm’s largest Asian hybrid deal combining debt and equity. The Executive Centre, which operates across 38 cities in 15 markets in the Asia Pacific and Middle East, was acquired in 2021 by a consortium led by KKR & Co. and Tiga Investments Pte. The funding will primarily refinance existing debt.

This deal underscores Apollo’s expanding presence in Asia, following recent transactions with firms such as Global Schools Group and Charles Monat Associates. Apollo also recently invested $1.5 billion in a fund of Singapore’s Keppel Ltd., focusing on offshore energy assets. The US asset manager reported over $1 trillion in assets under management at the end of June.
