Atlantic Street Capital has made a majority investment in GLP, a Toronto-based specialty HVAC distributor serving utilities, telecom, and industrials. The company, founded in 1958, was previously in a second-round sale process advised by Key Banc Capital Markets, with prior backing from Snowdon Partners, Stratos Growth Partners, and Hunter Search Capital. Meanwhile, WSB—a portfolio company of GHK Capital Partners—has acquired Poly, an architecture and engineering firm in Dothan, Alabama.

Founded in 1959, Poly is employee-owned and specializes in municipal, public agency, and federal projects, including over 130 military training ranges. The acquisition expands WSB’s municipal, environmental, and federal design platform. Separately, LLR Partners has invested in EnergyCAP, a utility and energy management platform, with Resurgens Technology Partners remaining an active investor.

These moves reflect continued private equity interest in non-discretionary, infrastructure-adjacent services sectors.
