Honor has partnered with German camera maker ARRI to develop a collection of filters called "ARRI Look Cinematic Video" for the upcoming Magic9 series. These filters allow users to apply professional color grading with a single tap, matching the look of several ARRI cameras, and include adjustable color temperature settings. The Honor Magic9 Pro Max previously appeared at the 83rd Venice Film Festival, highlighting the brand's push into mobile cinematography.

A video demo of the filters stars actor Xiao Zhan, who serves as the global ambassador for Honor flagships. The Magic9 series is set to be unveiled on September 28. The Pro Max model is expected to feature two 200MP cameras with 1/1.28" and 1/1.4" sensors, along with support for a new 500mm teleconverter kit alongside the existing 200mm kit.

Honor is also reportedly developing a Super Edition phone equipped with an 11,000mAh battery, further expanding the lineup. The ARRI collaboration underscores Honor's strategy to appeal to content creators and mobile filmmakers ahead of the launch.
