Italy's managerial search has been complicated by recent leadership changes within the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). Giovanni Malagò was elected president, and Paolo Maldini has been appointed technical director. While Guardiola was approached, other names like Andrea Pirlo, Antonio Conte, and Roberto Mancini are also being considered.
