ParentsPush Back Against School's AI CSAM Cover-Up After Teen Sentencing

Teens involved in creating AI-generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM) face sentencing Wednesday. The scandal erupted when a Lancaster Country Day School student allegedly sent a nudified image of a classmate via Discord in November 2023. A concerned peer reported it through a state tip line, alerting the school.

Despite this, school head Matt Micciche and board president Angela Ang-Alhadeff resigned months later, as parents alleged no action was taken until May 2024. The school's current head, Emile Kosoff, stated they prioritize student well-being, though parents view the delayed response and subsequent enrollment contract clause discouraging criticism as a cover-up.
