Samsung is set to launch the W27, a China-exclusive luxury foldable, on October 29. Leaked images reveal a dark blue design with gold accents and specs matching the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, 8-inch foldable display, 6.5-inch 120Hz cover screen, 200MP camera, and 5,000mAh battery. The W series typically offers premium designs, extra RAM, and bundled accessories, with last year's W26 featuring satellite calling via China's Tiantong system and 16GB RAM across storage variants.
Prices for the W26 started at CNY 16,999 ($2,390). While exact pricing for the W27 is unknown, its hardware suggests a similar premium positioning. Samsung W27 continues the brand's strategy of exclusive, high-end foldables for the Chinese market.
