EQT has completed its acquisition of Coller Capital, establishing a dedicated platform in one of private capital's most dynamic areas. Coller will now operate as Coller EQT and be reported as a new Secondaries segment, alongside EQT's existing Private Capital, Infrastructure, and Real Estate businesses.

The deal lifts EQT's total assets under management to €341bn, with €186bn classified as fee-generating. It adds nine new strategies across private equity and credit secondaries, expanding EQT's investment capabilities.

The acquisition also deepens EQT's reach with insurance and private wealth clients through a combined evergreen platform with more than €10bn in net asset value. This move positions EQT to better serve growing demand for secondary market solutions among institutional and individual investors.
