Former international centre Ashley Beck has been appointed as attack coach for Wales Women's Six Nations campaign. Head coach Sean Lynn praised Beck's pedigree in the women's game, noting he brings fresh ideas about attacking strategies. Beck has been working with Brython Thunder in the Celtic Challenge, where Lynn observed his coaching approach.

Beck joins the backroom staff as Salvin steps away from his role at Sandy Park to take up the international position. He succeeds Mike Hill, who has chosen to move on from the Wales setup. Lynn emphasized Beck's relatability to players and his innovative thinking about the game.

Salvin brings experience from guiding the Chiefs to back-to-back Premiership Women's Rugby finals in 2022 and 2023. The former PWR coach expressed excitement about working at international level with Wales, citing respect for Lynn's work at Gloucester-Hartpury. This coaching change comes as Wales prepares for the Women's Six Nations tournament.
