Hull KR half-back Mikey Lewis has avoided suspension and will be available for Thursday's World Club Challenge against Brisbane Broncos. The England international received five penalty points from the Rugby Football League's match review panel for tripping Liam Harris during Thursday's shock 19-18 defeat to York Knights.

Lewis was sin-binned when Hull KR led 18-6, with the yellow card proving costly as York completed an upset victory. Hull KR head coach Willie Peters acknowledged the incident, telling BBC Radio Humberside: "He needs to learn from what he did because it was a key moment in the game." The Robins, who won the domestic treble last season, face the Australian champions at Hull FC's MKM Stadium.

Meanwhile, St Helens' Jackson Hastings also avoided a ban with five penalty points for late contact on Warrington's Cai Taylor-Wray. Catalans Dragons' Ben Garcia received a one-match ban for late contact on the passer against Huddersfield Giants, while Hull FC's Ligi Sao was suspended for two games for dangerous contact in their win over Bradford Bulls.
