Gloucester dominated Harlequins with a 48-0 victory at Kingsholm, moving to the top of the early Premiership standings. The Cherry and Whites scored eight tries, extending their unbeaten run to three across all competitions. Wales internationals Jac Morgan and Dewi Lake started for Gloucester in their new signings debut.
Harlequins, featuring England full-back George Furbank, remain winless at the bottom of the table. Gloucester's attack was clinical, with tries from Ben Loader, Morgan, Will Trenholm, Charlie Atkinson, Seb Atkinson, Caolan Englefield, and Will Joseph. Fly-half Charlie Atkinson, who recently signed a new deal, provided key points.
Harlequins' struggles were compounded by a 21-5 penalty count and a sin bin for Will Evans. Gloucester head coach George Skivington praised the team's defensive character, while Jason Gilmore labelled the performance unacceptable.
