More than 3,000 athletes from 74 Commonwealth nations will compete in 215 medal events across 10 sports at Glasgow 2026. The daily schedule runs from 26 July to 2 August, with finals and gold-medal events highlighted.

Day three (26 July) features 14 golds including netball clashes England vs Australia, gymnastics all-around finals, and nine swimming finals. Day four (27 July) opens athletics with Eilish Mc Colgan defending her 10,000m title and Adam Ramsay-Peaty targeting 50m breaststroke gold among 27 medals.

Day five (28 July) offers 27 golds including men's and women's 100m sprint finals and Duncan Scott in the 100m freestyle. Day six (29 July) hosts 3x3 basketball finals and 11 swimming finals. Day seven (30 July) begins track cycling at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome with team sprints, plus weightlifting finals.

Days eight to ten culminate with 22, 44, and 15 golds respectively. Highlights include Josh Kerr potentially chasing the mile world record on day nine, all boxing finals, netball semi-finals, and the final day featuring women's keirin, judo, bowls, and the netball gold-medal match.
