English motorcycle racer Davey Todd faces an uncertain racing future after suffering multiple fractures in a devastating crash at Daytona. The 30-year-old broke his femur, tibia, foot, and nose during qualifying for the Daytona 200 when his PHR Performance Triumph's steering jammed, sending him into a wall.

Todd had already been collected by another rider earlier in the session before returning to the track, believing his team had fixed the issues. The crash occurred Thursday in the United States, forcing immediate surgery where doctors inserted a rod in his femur and repaired his tibia. In an Instagram update, Todd said he's already standing on his uninjured leg and working toward recovery.

With the North West 200 scheduled for May 6-9 and the Isle of Man TT from May 25 to June 30, Todd's participation remains unclear. The English rider has been a dominant force at both events, securing nine victories at the North West 200 and three wins at the Isle of Man TT. He was set to compete in the British Superbike Championship with 8TEN alongside teammate Peter Hickman before the accident.
