Beau Greaves won the Women's World Matchplay for a record third time with a 6-5 last-leg victory over Fallon Sherrock at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool. After Sherrock forced the contest to go all the way, Greaves came through clutch with a 180 then 145 to leave 56 for the match, pinning D10 to seal victory.

The win adds to Greaves' 2023 and 2024 triumphs; she also beat Sherrock 6-3 in the 2024 final. Sherrock finishes runner-up for a third consecutive year, having lost to Greaves in 2024 and 2026 plus Lisa Ashton in 2025.

It caps an impressive year for "Beau and Arrow," who became the first woman to win a Pro Tour event at Players Championship 11, hit a nine-darter, and qualified for the European Tour.

Meanwhile, the men's 2026 Betfred World Matchplay continues at the Winter Gardens with defending champion Luke Littler facing Gerwyn Price for the Phil Taylor Trophy.
