Premier League cult hero Sean Dyche, formerly manager of Burnley, Everton and Nottingham Forest, walks into the Royal Oak FC changing room in the latest episode of Game's Gone: The Steve Bracknall Podcast on BBC Sounds. He joins Steve, Paul and Bob for a grilling on his managerial philosophy, the team culture at the Oak and how to nurture backroom staff.
The 37-minute episode, broadcast on Radio 5 Live, also covers lighter territory. Dyche talks through his perfect curry order and the "utter woke nonsense" meme, and shares his thoughts on the Man City case and appeal. Chippy teas, Kieran Trippier and Kasabian also feature in a packed edition that brings football back to its roots.
The podcast is written and performed by Chris Mc Clure and produced by Persephonica for BBC Sounds. Listeners can also watch the YouTube premiere of each episode on the Game's Gone channel every Thursday at 7pm, with Bob and Steve hosting the live chat.
