Bournemouth's Alex Scott and Real Betis' Antony were sent off following a confrontation during a pre-season friendly in Seville, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

The flashpoint occurred just before half-time after Betis' Nelson Deossa kicked the ball at Bafode Diakite. This sparked a brawl between players from both sides, resulting in both Scott and Antony receiving red cards for pushing each other.

Marcus Tavernier opened the scoring for Bournemouth in the 41st minute, followed by an equalizer from Cucho Hernandez. Evanilson restored the lead for the Cherries, but Pablo Fornals leveled for the La Liga side late on. Bournemouth's final friendly is against Mainz on 15 August.
