Rangers manager Danny Rohl believes the SPFL title race could go down to the final day, potentially involving three teams. He stressed that a successful January transfer window is essential for his side to stay competitive. With 16 games left, Hearts currently hold a six-point lead over Celtic and Rangers.

Rohl referenced Rangers' famous 2005 'Helicopter Sunday' triumph, where they clinched the title on the last day. He wants to replicate that late-season momentum. The German manager is actively strengthening his squad, having already signed defender Tuur Rommens and midfielder Tochi Chukwuani, with a deal for winger Andreas Skov Olsen reportedly close.

Beyond those arrivals, Rohl confirmed Rangers are still seeking more reinforcements, particularly in midfield where Connor Barron is sidelined. He praised the improved collaboration with chairman Andrew Cavanagh and consultant Stig Inge Byornebye, stating the club is now acting decisively in the market to close the gap on the leaders.
