Heart of Midlothian aim to finalize the signing of Falkirk winger Calvin Miller within 48 hours. The 28‑year‑old, contract‑bound until next summer, previously drew Celtic interest but now seems set for Tynecastle. Miller netted nine goals in 47 games as Falkirk clinched sixth place in their Premiership comeback, and the fee would ease Falkirk’s wage bill.

Miller’s impact stretched beyond goals; he was instrumental in Falkirk’s back‑to‑back promotions from League One to the top tier. The former Scotland youth international began his career at Celtic and later featured for Dundee, Ayr United, Greenock Morton, Harrogate Town, Notts County and Chesterfield, adding depth and experience to Hearts’ wide‑side options. His pace and crossing ability suit Hearts’ attacking philosophy.

Hearts have already bolstered their squad, securing winger Josh McPake from St Johnstone and adding centre‑half MJ Kamson‑Kamara and midfielder Tom Renaud. McPake, a former Celtic youth product, brings additional creativity on the flank. Falkirk, meanwhile, turned to youth by signing 18‑year‑old Paul McGovern from Glenavon on a three‑year deal. Miller’s arrival gives Hearts a proven Premiership scorer as they chase a top‑four finish.
