Auchinleck Talbot produced a dramatic late comeback to defeat Largs Thistle 2-1 and lift the Scottish Junior Cup for a record-extending 15th time at Broadwood Stadium. The West of Scotland League champions trailed since the sixth minute after Lewis Davidson's header from Blair Divine's cross gave Thistle the lead.

Substitute Cammy Keay levelled matters in the 84th minute following Tarek Abed's shot that struck the woodwork, then provided the cross for fellow replacement Cammy Crooks to volley home the winner in stoppage time. The victory echoed their 2019 triumph over the same opponents, completing a memorable double for manager Sloan.

Both clubs now prepare for the new Lowland League West season, with Largs securing fifth place enough to earn promotion to Scottish football's fifth tier. For Auchinleck, this 15th triumph further cements their status as the competition's most successful side.
