Interested parties ने July के अंत में non-binding offers जमा किए, जिनमें उनके द्वारा ली जाने वाली stake और valuation का उल्लेख था। mid-October तक firm price submissions से पहले Acciona Energía द्वारा candidates और management के बीच meetings arrange किए जाने के साथ process एक नए phase में चला गया है। parent का stated intention year के अंत तक debt कम करने और heavy capital investment से राहत देने के लिए एक deal तक पहुँचना है।

Chairman José Manuel Entrecanales ने clean exit को कम करके दिखाया है, यह कहते हुए कि 100% की sale extremely unlikely थी और options एक significant sale से लेकर parent के साथ merger या another company के साथ integration तक हैं।
