Apple announced the Watch Series 12 at its September event, introducing Audio Intelligence, an opt-in feature that listens to conversations and lets users rewind via the Digital Crown. Audio is processed on-device, not stored, and works only with iPhone 16 or newer—and not in the EU. The watch also features a redesigned sensor for better heart rate accuracy, a Readiness score, and improved battery life (12 hours on a 15-minute charge).

A ceramic case returns for the first time since Series 5. The device will launch later in 2026.
