Formula 1 has secured a new long‑term partnership with Sky Sports, granting the broadcaster exclusive live rights across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Italy until at least 2034. The deal extends Sky’s 2022 agreement, which ran through 2029, and pushes the Italian channel’s contract through the 2032 season. This move cements Sky as the sport’s primary home for decades.

F1 chief Stefano Domenicali praised Sky’s dedication, calling the channel a “trusted partner” that has pushed the sport’s growth in the region. He highlighted the broadcaster’s world‑leading live coverage and deep‑cut analysis, noting that the partnership will help showcase rising stars like Kimi Antonelli and bolster British talent on the grid in the current competitive landscape.

Dana Strong, Sky CEO, stressed the channel’s role in storytelling and innovation, saying the agreement secures Sky’s place as F1’s home for years to come. She thanked Stefano and the F1 team, emphasizing the partnership’s potential to deliver world‑class content and support the sport’s expansion across Europe for fans and broadcasters alike.

Under the new contract, Sky will also continue airing Formula 2, Formula 3, the F1 Academy and Porsche Supercup, cementing a broad motorsport portfolio. The 2025 season already set records as the most watched F1 campaign, underscoring the channel’s influence. With rights secured through 2034, fans can expect uninterrupted coverage of every race for the next decade.
