The Ferrari driver completed 80 laps including a full race simulation while testing the team's innovative 180-degree rotating rear wing. Leclerc's pace was 0.227s faster than Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli, who suffered a pneumatic pressure loss that ended his session early.

Esteban Ocon impressed for Haas by completing the most mileage with 82 laps, while Oscar Piastri finished third in the McLaren. Isack Hadjar, Pierre Gasly, Arvid Lindblad, Carlos Sainz, Nico Hulkenberg, and Sergio Pérez filled out the top 10. The session was dominated by Ferrari's pace and the team's unique rear wing design, which has been the talk of testing this week.

Rock-bottom was Lance Stroll for Aston Martin, which completed just two laps due to a parts shortage with its Honda power unit.
