One Rock Capital Partners has completed the sale of Enviro Serve, a provider of environmental and waste management services, to Clean Harbors for $470 million. Enviro Serve provides remediation, rail services, industrial cleaning and emergency response, as well as transportation and processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. The company serves approximately 2,400 customers across a range of end markets, with an operating footprint spanning the US.
One Rock acquired Enviro Serve through a carve-out from Savage Companies. During its ownership, the firm expanded Enviro Serve’s service capabilities through organic growth, new greenfield locations and add-on acquisitions.
"Working closely with the management team, we helped Enviro Serve expand its service capabilities and build a highly trained, service-oriented team during our ownership," said R. Scott Spielvogel, managing partner at One Rock.
One Rock makes controlling investments in companies with potential for growth and operational improvement, drawing on a team of operating partners to identify, acquire and improve businesses.
