The 2026 IPO class features SpaceX as a record-setting headliner, but the narrowing public-market window and post-Labor Day filing sprint have shifted focus to eight venture-backed startups with at least a 40% probability of going public within six months, per Crunchbase’s predictive intelligence. Anthropic, the most closely watched prospect, is expected to list in six to 12 months, potentially raising up to $100 billion and marking a major liquidity event for its backers after raising $125 billion privately since 2021. Oura, the Finland-based smart-ring maker, is a likely candidate for a September or October debut, with a valuation expected to exceed its $11 billion last funding round, testing public appetite for consumer health hardware.

San Francisco-based Notion, which has raised over $343 million and shown strong revenue growth from enterprise AI offerings, has added a new board with public-company experience, seen as a significant step toward an IPO. Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken is also flagged as a probable entrant, with a high likelihood of filing within the next six months. The first half of 2026 has already seen 58 venture-backed companies list at $1 billion or above, raising $110.8 billion collectively, driven by SpaceX’s historic $86 billion IPO in June.

With the year’s end approaching, the remaining window offers a critical opportunity for these startups to capitalize on favorable market conditions.
